1. Just bring in your jewellery! No appointment is necessary, but you can call to arrange a private appointment if our work hours are not convenient for you.
2. Harold will make you an offer and give you cash on the spot. We respect your privacy and need for confidentiality, so we will not ask for additional information. You will need to provide ID and must be over 18 years old.

Please note: We love to buy diamonds but if your gold has gemstones and diamonds that you would like to keep, we will happily allow you to watch us remove them for you.
